Effective October 15, 2026
This policy explains what information REV (“we,” “us”) collects through rev.company, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. In short, we collect what we need to run our programs and events and to improve this site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Examples are a contact request, an event registration, a session feedback form, an assessment, or a request to book a meeting. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, and your answers to the questions on the form.
When you pay for an event, Stripe processes your payment. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Site analytics. We use PostHog to understand how people use this site. It records the pages you visit, the buttons and links you click, how far you scroll, the site or campaign link that brought you here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city level), which is worked out from your IP address. It sets a cookie so it can recognize a returning visitor. We do not send your name, your email address, or your form answers to PostHog.
- Delivery and security. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare process your IP address and basic request details. They need these to deliver pages, keep the site secure, and filter spam from our forms.
- Fonts. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When they do, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
How we use your information
- To respond to you and give you what you asked for, such as event confirmations, session recaps, and follow-up conversations.
- To run our events, workshops, and programs, and to schedule meetings you request.
- To send updates you have signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages, events, and campaigns are useful, so we can improve them.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who helps us
We keep your contact details and form responses in our own systems. We use a small number of service providers who handle information only to provide their service to us:
- Our web hosting provider runs the servers this site is on.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it.
- Amazon Web Services delivers our emails.
- Stripe processes event payments.
- PostHog provides the site analytics described above, stored in the United States.
- Zoom and calendar providers are used when you book a meeting with our team. Your name, email address, and the meeting time are shared so the meeting can be created and added to the host’s calendar.
- Google Fonts delivers fonts on some pages, as described above.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our visitors, our clients, or REV.
Cookies and your choices
This site uses a few cookies it needs to work, plus the PostHog analytics cookie. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not load analytics for you.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
How long we keep information
We keep contact details and form responses for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Children
This site is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
