The Meaningful Connection Experience (MCE) is a powerful 90-minute live-virtual gathering designed to reconnect you to what matters most — your story, your people, and your purpose. This isn’t your typical workshop or networking session. It’s part of the Meaning REVolution — a growing movement of leaders rebuilding organizational culture on a foundation of genuine human connection, especially in an era dominated by digital transformation.
At the heart of the experience is storytelling — an ancient and transformative tool that helps participants feel deeply known, valued, supported, and part of something greater.
Each participant is invited to share a single, meaningful 3-minute story from their life, using the 4H Framework:
- History – Set the stage.
- Heartbreak – Share what was hard.
- Hero – Name who or what helped.
- Highlight – Reflect on what you learned or found meaning in.
This is not about performance — it’s about connection. Stories build trust faster than facts, reveal values without preaching, and foster belonging by reminding us we’re not alone.
