Meaningful Connection Leadership Workshop · Dallas–Fort Worth · October 21

Win the war for the people you love, lead and serve.

We need to talk about the forces that are tearing them apart. Something is forming the people you lead right now, at work and at home. Their attention, relationships, expectations and sense of what matters are being shaped every day. Either you help form them on purpose, or something else will.

You already know what's at stake.

When those forces win, trust gets thin. Results come in uneven. Good people are present but somewhere else, and then they’re gone. And you end up carrying the whole thing.

For twenty years the most powerful technology on earth has been pointed at capturing attention, and the people it captures are the people you love, lead and serve. People now stay on one screen for about 47 seconds before switching. About one in six Americans report having no close friends. It isn’t only their attention. Everything that reaches them is forming them: what they believe about themselves, what they’ll give, and what they’ll stay for. You are still the one accountable for them.

This is for leaders who intend to win.

Here’s what winning can look like.

A team that trusts you and each other.
Results that hold when you’re not in the room.
People who stay and grow.
A team that gets stronger under pressure instead of coming apart.
“Leaders are at war for the hearts, minds, attention, and futures of those they love, lead, and serve. Noise, distraction, fragmentation, and the accelerating pace of change are eroding Meaningful Connection and Great Expectations—in our homes, our organizations, and our communities.”

Two things your people need from you. At the same time.

+
Meaningful
Connection

The deep sense that one is known, valued, supported, and part of something bigger than themselves.

Great
Expectations

The deep sense that one is expected to do hard things, held to their word, helped to grow, and counted on for something that matters.

High expectations without connection burn people out. Connection without challenge drifts. Your people need both. October 21 starts with Meaningful Connection.

REV stays with you after the day.

1
Spend one day learning how to build Meaningful Connection, and practice it with other leaders.
2
Keep practicing in the Anchor Portal when it launches, where REV helps you apply what you learned with real people, starting with four weeks of simple Meaningful Connection practices.
3
Keep growing alongside other leaders who are doing the same.

This workshop is part of the Meaning REVolution, the movement to restore hope, help, and purpose by reshaping how people relate, lead, and live. You’ll start with Meaningful Connection. If you want to keep going, REV will be there to help you carry it into the people, teams and organization you lead.

One day. Practical from the first hour.

This workshop focuses on Meaningful Connection: how people come to feel known, valued, supported and part of something bigger, and what leaders can practice to create those conditions in real teams, under real pressure.

01Why connection matters now: what's changed, and where your influence is greatest.
02The four parts of Meaningful Connection, and how each one shows up, or goes missing, on a team.
03Staying steady and connected when things shift.
04Using your own story to build trust.
05Practice with peers: real conversations, real scenarios, honest feedback.
06Your first practice: what you'll do in week one, and how you keep going after the room.

A culture that held when it was tested.

A U.S. Air Force squadron · two years

The squadron had low morale, a lot of friction and constant change, and the mission still had to get done. Its commander put it simply: “People need to know they matter. And they need to know they’re capable of more.” He brought REV in to help his leaders build both.

It took one Meaningful Connection workshop, one Great Expectations workshop, and coaching for the senior leaders. Then the leaders carried the work themselves, for two years.

Early on, not long after the Meaningful Connection workshop, the squadron went through the hardest season a team can face. Instead of coming apart, they came together and came out stronger.

28% → 50%
high morale, above Air Force and DoD averages
85%
rated the commander's leadership favorably, at least twelve points above both
62% → 72%
rated the unit as cohesive
93%
rated their immediate supervisors as supportive

Measured on the Air Force’s own survey, against Air Force and DoD averages. The commander credits the work with a significant role in those results, alongside the squadron’s own efforts.

REV has equipped hundreds of leaders, from frontline supervisors to senior executives, in business, government and the military.
